Pyramid Audit
Solutions utilizes Premium Audit Management System (PAMS)
for processing premium insurance audits.
PAMS was created in-house and
is user friendly.
It is designed
to make ordering audits, and receiving completed audits and status reports
hassle free.
PAMS provides clients with detailed management
reports that can be
customized to fit their individual needs. It also
supplies an updated
database of audits assigned to Pyramid for tracking
data such as:
date completed, status reports, and various other information.
With the use of PAMS, clients can
send audit orders over the internet
and receive completed audits, status reports and invoices via the
internet.
In addition, the audit worksheet in PAMS is an Excel based
worksheet that all
Auditors are required to use when completing our audits. This worksheet
is
easy to follow and was designed to leave an "audit" trail.
All reports, audit worksheets, and status reports can be customized at
anytime to fit the different needs of our clients.
Pyramid will supply all software and
training. Also, technical support is
available anytime during
normal business hours if any question should arise.
Clients Not Interested
In Automation
Pyramid also has clients that are not
interested in full automation.
These clients prefer to send new orders through the mail
or fax and receive
completed audits and status reports via mail or
fax.
Pyramid is more than happy to do either!
Our management
reports and audit worksheets can still be customized
to fit mail clients
needs just the same.
